The year of 2011 was, as God told us it would be, our best year yet – a year to remember and draw encouragement from.

-Easter attendance was more than 8,000 – a record.
-July 4th I Love America was more than 7,000 – a record.
-Our average weekly attendance rose for the sixth consecutive year to an all-time high.
-Home for Hope built and gave away a beautiful 1200 square foot house.
-We gave a van to an Iraqi war veteran.
-We completed the renovation of our Fremont campus.
-We increased our giving in spite of a continuing recession.
-Through our Noel Project we sowed more than $150,000 into our community.
Together we created a memorable year – our best year yet!

It’s a new year.  The very fact that we each have a memory tells us God wants us to remember His goodness to us regardless of our past challenges.

As we live our lives, we must learn how to release our past and embrace our future. As believers, we are to be fully engaged in the now and not be a captive of the past or the future.

What will you release and embrace in 2012?
